Alden Memorial was WPI's first auditorium. The main hall, used for lectures, performances and other events, features massive ceiling beams and stained-glass window medallions illustrating American history and cultural pursuits.(1)
In 1992, the building was completely renovated to create a modern and attractive center for the performing arts.
Anyone care to contribute an interior photo of Alden Memorial, circa 1974? Looks cool!
